1. Agreement

By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


2. Services Provided

Saga Immigration Inc. provides the following services:

  • Immigration consultations and assessments
  • Immigration application preparation
  • Client representation before immigration authorities
  • Appeals and refusal review services

3. Professional Credentials

Services are provided by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) licensed by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Our consultant operates under a Code of Conduct and professional ethics standards.


4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We provide professional guidance and thorough application preparation. However, we cannot and do not guarantee immigration approval or any specific outcome. Immigration decisions depend on many factors beyond our control and are made solely by immigration authorities.


5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Disclosing all relevant facts and circumstances
  • Providing documents and evidence as requested
  • Following professional advice and recommendations
  • Paying for services according to agreed terms

6. Fees & Payment

Consultation fees and service costs are stated clearly before engagement. Payment is required according to the agreed schedule. Refunds are available according to our refund policy.

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways (Stripe or Razorpay) and are protected under PCI compliance standards.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saga Immigration Inc. and its RCIC consultant are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.


8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the professional relationship with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Fees for services rendered remain payable
  • We will provide all client documents and files
  • Confidentiality obligations continue

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or services shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration as applicable under Canadian law. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Canadian courts.


10. Compliance with Laws

Our services comply with all applicable Canadian immigration laws, provincial laws, and professional standards. We reserve the right to refuse services that would violate applicable laws or professional ethics.


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
